We are looking for Head of IT Application who has at least 7 years’ solid experience in IT and Business Solution project management. You will join our management team to reinvent Motto Auction’s future, report directly to CEO & CTO.
Job OverviewOverseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's information technology systems. Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure, software applications, and data security within the company.
Responsibilities• Manage information technology and computer systems.• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.• Manage IT staff and outsource, coaching team, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.• Lead the project team, manage, prioritize the project implementation to ensure on-time delivery, the overall quality and system functionality.• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives.• Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, Office 365, Azure, AWS and corporate telecommunications.• Clear understanding of Iaas, PaaS and SaaS and able to choose and propose right implementation based on business requirements and cost justification.• Capable to secure infrastructure and data stored in cloud and minimize the risk to company.• Understand user requirements and develop solutions.• Delivers reports on case information to management.• IT Asset Control.• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.• 8 - 10 years’ experience in IT support and systems administration.• Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills, punctuality, team player, flexibility self-learning.• Ability to maintain and support computer hardware, and software including Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, Business Applications, Network, Cloud Infrastructure and Applications.• Ability to learn new IT technology.• ISO 27001 and Cyber Security experience is needed. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.• Excellent communication skills and decision-making skills.• Strong analytical, strategically and creatively, equally effective in strategy and execution.• Ability to work in dynamic environment and strong prioritization skills.• Good communication in English for both spoken and written.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
