Responsibilities• Initiate marketing strategic plan for partners to grow their business on our platform.• Develop marketing proposal that are tailor-made to increase revenue.• Propose new advertising solutions to partners and internal cross functional team.• Conduct market research and competitor relevant market analysis and reports for management.• Pitching marketing plans and negotiating support with brands (marketing investment).• Monitor and report on partners progress, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in related fields.• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Key Account Management.• Preferably with AE background in media agency OR experienced as marketing at brands' side.• Excellent presentation and presentation skill.• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.• Experienced in beauty retail (online/offline) would be a huge advantage.• Mature, self-driven, responsible, a Can-Do attitude and a passion for creative works and marketing.• Strong communication and negotiation skills and able to problem solve as well as multitask well.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
