Responsibilities:• Provide end-to-end quantitative analysis including metrics design, model development and data analysis on TikTok Shop.• Able to identify winning strategies for specific products based on historical data.• To optimize for engagement and conversions, continuously develop, execute, and evaluate the outcomes of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting.• Analyze and track each TikTok Shop campaign's performance on a regular basis. Create and present performance reports that highlight accomplishments and areas for development on product and total shop performance.• Keep in close contact with TikTok account representatives to strategically identify data extraction points for traffic, conversion and voucher strategy.• Able to keep up with TikTok’s current trend and provide guidelines to the operation team on optimization for total shop strategy, product development strategy or affiliate strategy.• Carries out additional tasks as given.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economic, or Management Studies.• Able to communicate in Thai & English.2-3 Years work experience in an analytical role involving e-commerce/user growth/product optimization/business analytics/performance marketing (with TikTok Shop experience would be a plus).• Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.• Openness and the capacity to pick up new ideas and procedures fast.• Excellent accuracy and detail-oriented skills; adept at overseeing several projects; capable of setting priorities and organizing workload.• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal abilities.• Self-driven and cooperative.• Preference for those with a strong interest in personal growth, health and wellness, and all things in between in digital media.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
