Responsibilities:• Navigate the legal landscape: Ensure Konvy operates in compliance with Thai and Singapore laws, especially e-commerce, data protection, and consumer regulations.• Guide the company: Provide strategic legal counsel to leadership, draft contracts, and manage legal transactions.• Mitigate risks: Proactively identify, assess, and manage legal and compliance risks, protecting Konvy's interests.• Cultivate compliance: Develop and implement comprehensive legal and compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and training.• Board & shareholder steward: Manage Board meetings, prepare materials, and oversee shareholder communications.• Litigation liaison: Manage legal disputes and regulatory inquiries with expertise and efficiency.• Corporate memory keeper: Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal and compliance documentation.• Collaborate effectively: Foster a culture of compliance across Konvy and work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal or compliance role• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial legal matters• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills• Familiarity with Thai and Singapore laws (a plus)• Leadership and team management experience• Fluency in English, Thai proficiency a plusอ่านเพิ่มเติม
